ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order. Expect an email within this timeframe to let you know your order is on the way!
STORE PICKUP: We currently do not offer store pickup as we operate as a dropshipping business.
LOCAL DELIVERY: We do not offer local delivery at this time. All orders will be shipped directly to your provided address.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING: Orders are generally shipped within 3-7 business days using standard shipping carriers such as USPS, FedEx, or DHL. A flat rate shipping fee of $5.99 applies to all domestic orders.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES: For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We offer international shipping to the following countries: Canada, UK, Australia, and select European countries. If your country is not listed, please contact us before placing an order.
If relevant, we do not ship to: Afghanistan, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and any countries restricted by U.S. law.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Our store is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES: We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at nbird84@hotmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work toward a satisfactory solution.
