At Saffanatti, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer returns and refunds within 30 days of delivery, subject to the terms outlined below.

4. Initiating a Return

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
5. Return Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item).
6. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used at checkout. 8. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
9. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at nbird84@hotmail.com If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it, but you can return it according to our return policy.
